Qusetion:Should the goverment pay for people to get new cybernic hands or should people have to buy them for themselves?

에세이:I think people should buy them for themselves because they didn't careful so they hurt and lost arm.This promblem is privite .And cybernic hands are very expensive.When goverment pay for many people,the country is become poor.So I think -should pay for themselves
